Project Overview

This project was mainly focused on combining two parts of the house and constructing a comfortable space for our clients. Since the property was old, the windows and doors had a vintage feel to it. Instead of re-designing the space, our approach was to refurbish all the old materials and yet make it look fresh and new.

We maintained the form of all the old furniture in the house and experimented with its elevations and colors.

 

We mostly used neutral tones with a dash of navy blue for certain pieces to stand out. Brass fixtures were also used to maintain the theme of the space. Along with this, metal frames with wood were used to elevate and contemporize the look without taking away from its original theme.
